Check In / Check Out

Minimum Stay 3 nights : No Children under 12 years.

Normal Check In from 2.00pm, with Check Out at 10.00am

Early Check In from 6am ( on availability $ 150 ) Late Check Out to 6pm ( on availability $ 150 )

Transfers

We provide complimentary transfers to/from international flights. Please advise full flight arrival details if you wish to use our service.

Please note when booking from New Zealand and Australia you cross the date line and go back a day on your arrival.

Cancellations

Our Covid Cancellation Policy is as follows :
We will waiver cancellation and amendment fees for changes or cancellations due to Covid 19 – specifically Government border Restrictions / Changes to required quarantine, or ill health resulting from Covid 19 or testing (Medical cert required).

Otherwise normal policies apply — 50% fee when cancelled inside 60 days and 100% when cancelled inside 30 days.

Payment Policy

Please note all prices are in NZ dollars and include all taxes.

We accept Visa and Mastercard payment with a 3% commission added.
Happy to accept payments to our NZ account by bank transfer — please email us for details.
